Why was he only on the team four years? He’s been making the Pro Bowl on other teams.
There was an offensive linemen named Ron Mix. His nickname was the, "intellectual assassin." He was physical, but not out-of-control or dirty. To witness: He was only called for two holding penalties in a ten year period. That's amazing. And think of how much he helped his team.

Because he used the “N” word in emails he wrote to Martin. He was suspended and released about halfway through the 2013 season.

He made the Pro Bowl in 2012 for Miami.
Opposing coaches, opposing players, and opposing fans get 97% of the vote, so if you are hated by the rest of the League, you have a very limited chance to make the Bowl, unless you are the most dominant player in the League.
In my estimation, I know a lot more about football then you do, based on your comments.
When I played I was a QB. I always wanted my OL to be tougher and meaner than the DL they were going against.
I’ll bet my teams won more than yours did.
