Perhaps someone else can explain why it is on the site that is linked but not on the original message board.
Inspecor Clouseau has solved the "Learn Russian" conundrum.
Context is key.
The memo that is coming out contains details about Russia. "Learn Russian" was just a way of him saying that. There are things in the memo detailing either actions by Russia or it's agents or democrats involved with Russian agents. All detrimental to the dems, or else Q wouldn't gloat about it.

I would guess the CIA. Throughout their history, one of their units, topples governments and installs someone who will do what they or the puppet masters want. There have been 3 installed by CIA initiated agitprop in Iran.
CIA helped install Castro, but he refused to take some of their orders, and turned out to be a Communist to boot. When USA embargoed their sugar, Russia stepped in to help them.
In the book, Economic Hit Man, a former CIA agent describes how it’s done. Basically all countries have groups that are not happy with either government or some other group. So they ask them if we give you guns and money what would you be willing to do. After the civil war or coup, they install their puppet master.
You have seen that happen in the Middle East too. New guy installed to replace Gadaffi, probably signed over oil leases to some company that is hooked up with HRC.
Gadaffi also had a lot of Gold and Money. HRC and gang likely got part of that too. CF had 1100 unknown investors that likely got a cut. DynCorp usually trains the police in the country that is subjected to the coup.

Wow, this is a response I would expect from a media matters troll or an Alinskyite troll, not a conservative Freeper. Unless you get all your info from the enemedia because this is also how they've dismissed all that. If you were truly informed, much of what you list has not been disproven either.

8-chan appears to have a dedicated page to which only Q can post. I have been looking at it over the last several days and I did not remember seeing anything about speaking Russian.
The link on this thread is to something called GITHUB. It appears that someone has been pasting The Q posts from 8chsn to it and adding extra comments that were not included in the original..

So you think that post wasn’t even Q? And therefore this link that is being used for Freepers to discuss Q’s posts is full of imitations? Either way there’s some fraud apparently involved.
I would call that strong evidence in favor of "pizzagate" or some form of child pornography ring.

I don’t understand GITHUB software, and it is possible that the author of this thread doesn’t either.
But I do know that the original source is the 8-Chan board.
I am exercising a healthy skepticism about the Q posts on 8-Chan, but I am not completely dismissive of them either.
I do not believe “Q” is a single person. Nor do I think the posts are the work of a drug addict, crazy person or basement dweller.
Someone has done a lot of work pulling a lot of information together. It might not be secret, but not all of it is widely known either.
I don’t think this is the work of an amateur. The vocabulary choices suggest otherwise.
Someone said that the format is to avoid the algorytms of the internet censoring methods. Also possible that some of the code is to undercover operators. I myself have no idea.
Q is more interesting than the Kabuki theater that is going on right now with the perennial shut down screeches.

I can’t find the exact post now, but a freeper provided a great link a few weeks ago describing how Q could actually be the INT-Q-TEL (CIA) system, which is designed to track/model computer users and how quickly they can respond/decipher snipers of information.
