We used to use Penzey’s spices. When he published his first assault op-ed on conservatives in his catalog, we stopped buying from him. He must think that the homosexuals and Leftists will keep him in business.

Their stuff is ridiculously overpriced. I suppose if all you have is Kroger, they might look like a good idea. I have an ethnic grocery I go to that just kills them, and Kroger, on pricing for spices.

We have switched our allegiance to The Spice House, which, I believe, was founded by Penzsy’s sister. She may hold similar views — I don’t know. But I do know that she doesn’t send me insulting ‘newsletters’ telling me I’m racist and trying to shame me for my personal beliefs.
What would constitute NOT being racist to people like this? What are the criteria? Seems to me that for some nothing short of self immolation as a protest against Caucasians would suffice as proof of not being a racist.

I'm so irredeemably racist that I can't figure out whether I (as a racist) am now compelled or forbidden to buy it at this reduced price, or whether I should inform my non-racist Hillary-voting friends that they are the ones now compelled (or perhaps forbidden) to buy it.
Plenty of places to buy spices without resorting to some virtue-signalling company. Try any Indian or Mexican market. And much cheaper, too.
I went to one his stores in Houston TX several years ago, i.e. Obama era so his derangement had not found full flower yet. While I enjoy the spices, I’ll not buy from there again. Even better, I now have a local outlet for spices in my small suburb. Keeping the business local is important, IMO.
Worse... they send a coupon for a free watermelon with the spices.
