Once more into the breach dear friends. . . another article on the FBI vs. American citizen's personal privacy. Strangely enough, this time, instead of an Apple device, the one device that the FBI cannot get into from the Las Vegas massacre is a Samsung Galaxy phone, most likely protected by a third-party 256 bit AES encryption which only Stephan Paddock knew the key, because there are multiple tools to unlock Android devices on the market. My take on it. After seeing the abuses within the FBI I think we law abiding citizens absolutely need to be protected - from the FBI. Note, my thinking on this has changed. If you had asked me this 10 years ago, I'd have probably sided with the "...if you don't have anything to hide..." crowd. No more.
