“Easley arrived and indicated she was associated with the vehicle. Easley removed the parking citation, balled it up and threw it on the ground,”
Hey it basically worked for Erik Holder.
When I was a kid in the 50s and early 60s, the town of DeFuniak Springs would not give you a ticket if someone was in the car. You could also leave a nickel in the slot and he would turn it for you.
The fine was only 25 cents and it was on the honor system.
Female driver, male cop, I am certain.
....and littering.
Typical reaction of those with the maturity of a 3 yr old.

Penal Code 69 is similar to Penal Code 148(a)(1), misdemeanor resisting arrest, but it is more serious. It can be charged as felony, whereas resisting arrest is just a misdemeanor. Penal Code 69 criminalizes two separate types of conduct:
(1) Attempting, by means of any threat or violence, to deter or prevent an executive officer from performing any duty imposed upon such officer by law; and
(2) Actually resisting, by force or violence, such officer in the performance of his/her duty. People v. Hines (1997) 64 Cal. Rptr.2d 594
This law was implemented after the Civil War to counter resistance to “Northern” officers by “Southerners”
It is used today to make a misdemeanor into a felony.
I did that once. Cop just wrote another ticket and stuck it back on the windshield. We repeated that about 10 times.
I wonder who owned that car?
She has dark hair..
All she has to do is claim to be an illegal alien, and they should let her go free. Well, at least in California where I live :(
Who does she think she is? A congresswoman from Texas?
