You know how movies and television programs include voice overs when a person reads a letter? I mentally read your post as if it were spoken by Darth, complete with the breathing because I read your name first. :)
And I liked the content of your post, not just how it sounded.

That is hilarious, “Obama’s Army”. A bunch of SES who have little or no real knowledge of what their agencies or departments do.

They hire really competent GS-15s, GS-14s and GS-13s to actually do the work, while they go to conferences and meetings to plan out the “strategic vision”.

They usually make so much money from TDYs and “deployments” that they can afford the best sections of DC to live in.

Their ability to actually do anything is minimal and most could be let go with little or no degradation to their agencies or departments.

I was part of the RSA and I know something about “secret armies”.

Actually in certain positions in DoD they can really screw things up and those there need to go first. They need to go first and some of their GS employees too.

>> To claim that they are Obama holdovers

Well, that depends on empathy and how many Obama installed.

But broad condemnation is indeed misguided.

Thank you. I was waiting for someone to pipe up as I scrolled down the comments. The SES people I have known are all Trumpians. Sheesh.

These are career personnel. How are you going to remove them? On what grounds?

Yep, the SES, the permanent “civilian generals” who really run the govt.

They used to be called “supergrades,” and a freeper reading an early draft of EFAD advised me the term was outdated, it was the SES now.

WIKI: Origin and attributes[edit]
According to the Office of Personnel Management, the SES was designed to be a corps of executives selected for their leadership qualifications, serving in key positions just below the top Presidential appointees as a link between them and the rest of the Federal (civil service) workforce. SES positions are considered to be above the GS-15 level of the General Schedule, and below Level III of the Executive Schedule. Career members of the SES ranks are eligible for the Presidential Rank Awards program.

Up to 10% of SES positions can be filled as political appointments rather than by career employees.[1] About half of the SES is designated “Career Reserved”, which can only be filled by career employees. The other half is designated “General”, which can be filled by either career employees or political appointments as desired by the administration. Due to the 10% limitation, most General positions are still filled by career appointees.[2]

Senior level employees of several agencies are exempt from the SES but have their own senior executive positions; these include the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Transportation Security Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Government Accountability Office, Members of the Foreign Service, and government corporations.

Is there a way to eradicate this whole group of people from government employment? Does Trump have power to do this, or would it take Congress....who established Deep State?

Why not just eliminate those positions?

(The background on these SES clips from EFAD is that a clever anonymous hacker has put a list of all federal LEAs in three states on the internet, including their home addresses, with a threat to post all of them in all 50 states.)

The FBI Director paused, studying his fingernails, considering his words carefully. “Mr. President, I would say that it would be just about impossible to put a five hundred yard moving security perimeter around all of the national leadership. Or even one hundred yards for that matter… We just don’t have anything like that amount of trained manpower. You know what’s involved in your own protection…extending that kind of protection to the Senate, to the Senior Executive Service…to hundreds of key personnel…I don’t think it’s possible.”

/////////

“We have ‘think tanks’ from here to Christmas, and none of them have put anything on the President’s desk remotely as promising as your proposal. I’m sure you understand that since your overt position and title as Deputy Assistant Director of your division will not be changing for the time being, we can’t officially have you promoted at this time, but be assured that your promotion to SES-1 for seniority and back pay will begin as of today. Congratulations Mr. Malvone, and welcome to the Senior Executive Service. Your promotion will have to remain unannounced for now I’m afraid, but I’m sure that you understand why.” Crandall reached across the table and offered Malvone another limp-fish handshake, but his smile seemed genuine.
“Yes, perfectly sir.” Malvone did understand perfectly. Today’s promised promotion to the federal inner sanctum, the Senior Executive Service, was meant to be his motivating carrot, and of course it had cost the President nothing. He’d put on SES-1 officially, permanently, if and only if the Special Training Unit obtained the desired results, without creating any disasters like the FBI’s fiasco in Reston. The STU was to be a ghost BATF division, its actual operations were to be strictly unofficial, off the books, written of nowhere and absolutely unacknowledged. If a STU operation blew up into a flap on the front pages of the Washington Post or the New York Times, the President and the CSO would deny ever hearing of him or the STU, and as far as that promised promotion to the SES…

///////////

“That’s possible sir. Or it could be Islamic terrorists, or the Chi- nese, using the opportunity to screw us over and have it blamed on domes- tic hackers, just to compound our problems. We’re not ruling anything out at this point.”
“One more thing Wayne. Why do you think it’s listing those three states? If they have all the information from the health insurance companies, why not list all fifty states?”
Sheridan had to pause to consider that question. “Well, this is just speculation, understand, but it may be a warning, sort of a shot across our bow. ‘Back off, or we’ll list more agents on the internet.’ And something else makes us think it’s a warning.”
“What’s that?”
“The Senior Executive Service isn’t on the list; it stops at GS-15. The SES was scrubbed out, apparently. Whoever put out this list, he might be warning us to back off, or we’re next. I can’t think of any other reason why the SES isn’t included.”

/////////

The decision makers would not be long in figuring out that the creator of the FEDLIST could just as easily burn the agents in the other 47 states, exponentially compounding what he knew must be an internal security nightmare. And they would also rapidly discern that he had cut off his list at GS-15, and not included members of the ultra-elite Senior Executive Service, those entrenched career bureaucrats, the “civilian generals” who were the real policy molders in the federal government.
Fitz was absolutely certain that the SES would not want their names and home addresses to be listed for anyone with a rifle and an internet connection to see. Most of them lived in upper class digs, and they would hate the aggravation of having to move their trophy wives and spoiled children into hotels, while they went shopping for new unlisted luxury homes in secure gated communities. They would come to their senses, and collectively they would work to rein in whatever group was directing the death squads in Maryland and Virginia.

/////////////

And if they could not or would not stop their state terror program, then the hell with them! A long time ago he had raised his right hand and sworn to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and as far as he was concerned, that solemn oath had not come with an expiration date.
If the feds kept up their state terror program and their false flag murder operations, he would burn them all, in all fifty states, and most of all he would burn the Senators and Congressmen and the almighty Senior Executive Service! He would send them all scurrying for cover like cock- roaches, caught in the middle of the kitchen floor by a sudden light at mid- night. He would put their names and addresses directly into the hands of millions of pissed-off American riflemen!

Not sure who the woman on the right is, maybe DWS, not sure what’s in her hand.

That's a gun in her hand, the one that was used to shoot Seth Rich.

In the novel, Rule 308 comes into play after the home addresses of FLEAS are posted on the internet, with the threat to post all of the SES.
