In our opinion, they are mostly hyping the oligarchy/ET overlord’s GREAT DECEPTION of the END TIMES. They are selling the lie that the critters are ETs from distant galaxies vs fallen angels from an evil dimension.

The Existentialist says that we are all just “star stuff”. If UFOs exist, then that proves it in their mind that there cannot be a God because the ETs are just “star stuff” too.
If we are just “star stuff”, then morality is whatever we choose for it to be. Aborting a baby is no different than killing a pig which is no different than euthanizing grandma which is no different than standing political enemies in front of a ditch and shooting them in the head.

Linda Moulton Howe has pics of a bit of a UFO that documents the often found multilayered composite--bismuth, magnesium and I forget the 3rd substance. IIRC, the layers are only a few atoms thick.
There is even an organization that has been dedicated for 15-20 years or so to investigating UFO sites for tangible trace evidence (including soil indentations, scrunched limbs etc). The group is composed of scientists who have taken their tasks quite seriously and have a surprising amount to show for it.

e.g. Tom DeLonge's team of retired high level similar governmental officials are all listed with their employment slots and duties. No one has challenged any of them as not being true.
Your skepticism may be understandable, it is simply misguided and uninformed.
Perhaps they didn't come a fantastic, unimaginable distance...simply folded space and moved from one dimension (theirs) into another (ours).
And instead of wondering about contact and their illusive behavior...ask "what can they be up to by letting themselves be seen here and there...yet still hiding."
I would suggest that their objective might be deceit (like Muslims with their obfuscation).
