When I was drafted, my basic training company at Fort Ord included a cohort of guys from Oxnard.
They were like Jesse Jackson, not Caesar Chavez.

True....but Oxnard is a ghetto.
And these brilliant people were just getting ahead of the actual bill being passed... WOW - run them for office!! They fit CA to a “T”.....
