Yes, there is the possibility that migration may have contributed to the increase.

My local fast casual lunch place here in Jacksonville, FL is quickly being Hispanized. Use to be a diverse bunch of workers but no more.

Puerto Rico has a very solid vax’ed population. Higher than quite a few US states.
