Just read a sci fi book called “Blindsight” by Peter Watts about an alien ship detected in the outer solar system, the Oort Cloud actually.
Takes place around 2190.
Best book i’ve read in quite a while, you guys should check it out.

One is in the process of leaving now. See
Oumuamua - 1I/2017 U1. After completing its survey of the solar system, it began its journey outward. The fleet has been notified and is commencing preparation to eliminate the resident potential competitor and the entire system, just in case.
