A Louisiana man facing life behind bars said he’s “not sorry” for murdering the man who molested his girlfriend.
A few days after the murder, Crehan admitted to detectives that he killed Noce because he believed the justice system “failed” his girlfriend. “I feel a lot better,” he told them. “It’s not a regret.”

Sad case for the young couple. At least they can still write.
All the people who say they would do so and so if it happened to them..This is how the state responds. We don’t have a justice system, so he did it himself.
Maybe the jury will take up a collection and serve his time for him.
He should have said he “found the gun” and it just went off.

The molester in this case plead no contest. He was then put on probation for five years. Probation!

Sounds like he could have gotten away with it had he made it look more like self-defense and both kept their yaps shut. Oh well.

This is a clear indication that our “justice system” is not working properly.
The state is supposed to punish murder, so that private citizens won’t feel compelled to avenge it. There are far too many vengeance incidents in recent years, because the state is not punishing murder appropriately.
Same goes for crimes like this. This is something else that leftards have done, and which must be undone. “Statutory minimum sentences” is not the answer. Tried, and failed. But how to make liberal judges sentence criminals appropriately?

Monk, the girl, was 7 months pregnant at the time of the attack. It wasn’t premeditated apparently... She wigged out and demanded a knife that the boyfriend used.
She’s facing 40 years. With a baby. The man’s sacrifice is being talked about here, but she is also hurting.

Juries need to know that they can ignore a judge’s orders AND ignore the law. Vote your conscience people. Jury nullification is a basic tenet of our legal system.
I have yet to figure out why they are using the word “Molested”. Should they not be using the word “Raped”.
