Hugh Hewitt predicating Roy Moore will lose election

Posted on 12/11/2017 6:37:31 AM PST by MAGA2017

Hugh Hewitt is predicting that Democrat Doug Jones will defeat Roy Moore tomorrow. I used to listen to Hewitt's radio program on a regular basis but he's gotten increasingly pretentious and he's part of the never Trump crowd. He's citing the apparent lack of Roy Moore signs in Alabama signs but isn't acknowledging that Jones is getting more financial support from the Democrat party. Jones is supported by the media while they attack Moore 24/7. Looking forward to Hewitt being proven wrong again. He said Trump should have dropped out of the race in 2016 because he couldn't win.

I know Hugh Hewitt, he’s a ‘blue blood’ snob. He has a condescending opinion of common people. If you’ve gone to the right schools and have the right connections, you’re our kind of people.
But, if you’re an independent thinker or renegade type person, well, you just don’t fit in the club.

$4 MILLION handed to Jones in just the past 48 hours! Unprecedented in Senate history. It’s gonna be close.

Hewitt is smarmy, anti Christian fraud. He’s been against Moore long before any allegations were made because, as he says in this youtube clip, “republicans don’t want to be branded with ‘that’.

‘That’ being the fact that Moore is an actual Christian who actually knows and lives the word of God, unlike Hewitt who plays a Christian when convenient but when push comes to shove he stands with the word of Hugh over the word of God thru Christ. Meaning that like millions of others, Hugh is his own god.

To: Alas Babylon!

I read somewhere that people were seen driving around areas in Alabama and removing Moore signs.
Hugh has always been GOPe. He’s seldom right about anything as in his predictions. Since his move to the East coast and to his Sat AM TV gig,he really has jumped the shark.

Hugh either has an inside knowledge of massive fraud...or more likely, he’s spent too much time inside the beltway and among the GOPe shills

Hewitt believes the polls will be wrong, that people will say they are voting for Moore just because it is socially desirable to do so, but in reality many will vote against him. "Social desirability" is a concept from social psychology that Hewitt picked up somewhere, and now trots out every chance he gets. It's just a form of the old Bradley Effect, telling pollsters what you think they will approve of, but voting differently.

It may account for some small part of the variance between polling and voting, but not enough to make a difference in outcome.

The countervailing effect, which Hewitt doesn't know about, is that verbalizing an intention to do something increases the likelihood that one will actually follow through and do it. To say one thing and do something else would cause cognitive dissonance, unless one assumes, as Hewitt seems to, that voters are widespread liars.

It won’t be close enough for the Democrats to steal it.

What would be the upside of saying one is voting for Moore?

Hugh Hewitt is a Never Trumper clueless a**hole, like Karl Rove.

I wouldn’t trust Hewitt or Rove to clean the toilets on the Interstate.
