These work orders reflect what Trump found when he moved in. Barely habitable after 8 years of neglect. He immediately ordered major renovation. Remember how he first stayed in his New Jersey resort while the WH was being refurbished?

We figure about every 10-12 years, we need to do some heavy renovating to keep our home safe and sound.
In 40 years, we have done 4 major overhauls/renovating.
