HARRISBURG, Pa Emotions were high inside the Harrisburg School Board meeting Monday night as The Harrisburg Education Association pleaded with the board for help following violent encounters in the classrooms at elementary schools throughout the district. First grade teacher Johanna Brown describes what's going on in her classroom at Downey Elementary, saying to the school board, "Are we getting hurt? This bruise is from last Friday.....
Brown described a student in her room, saying, She will kick and hit her classmates. She will throw the entire contents of her desk at every single student just to get attention."...
I have been kicked, hit, punched scratched. Ive had a student physically restrain me in front of my other students, grabbing my arms from behind where I was unable to move," First Grade Teacher Amanda Shaeffer said. Educators asked the board for more training when it comes to mental health and trauma situations, along with better communication with administrators.
Parents and grandparents got up to speak too, one woman stating her foster son has been bullied by other children and the teacher needs help.
She needs help. The kids in her room are so out of control, how are you supposed to be sitting here working when someones going underneath another childs desk with permanent marker writing all over their sneakers," Lorraine Badget said.

This is all part of the leftist plan to destroy western civilization and create an environment that requires totalitarian control.
No, not as complicated as that.
From the 2010 census for Harrisburg:
Whites - 30.7%
Blacks - 52.4%
Hispanics - 18%
And importing Muslims is part of that plan.
Lemme guess. Those white-privileged Quakers again. Trying to prevent the aspiring rappers from fulfilling their dreams.
For the normal students, one waffle paddle board and the willingness to use it on the three worst offenders would solve most of the issues. Moving special needs students to their own prison within the school would solve the rest.
Thats TOTAL population figures (including Retirees). Public school attendance figures have white students in the VERY low single digits with the schools being mostly black & Hispanic.
I presume that this is a case of White students running amuck and smashing stuff.
I’m guessing not many fathers among any of these kids...
A loving father would work a second job to get his kids out of this school district.
Any act of violence...ought to be a mandatory two-week suspension. After the second episode of the school-year...dismiss the kid entirely and let them repeat the year. Put this back onto the parents to manage the kid.
We need to invest more money in education. /s
Can’t expel the trouble makers or you don’t get federal matching dollars.....
If it’s anything like Los Angeles, most of the White kids are in private schools. I’ve been teaching 14 years here and I have had fewer than 10 non-Hispanic White kids.

Not anymore. Recently a teacher was violently assaulted by a student’s mother after she left the school because she had taken the girl’s phone away during class. Nut cases.
Parents trained at the LaVar Ball school
Any teacher stupid enough to still be in that school system is unqualified to teach anyone anything.
Nope. Not even close.
The real problem is that you can't expel anyone.
I was in the Harrisburg school system through junior high, in 1967. At that time, teachers still routinely used waffle paddles on the worst offenders. Before Thanksgiving break my homeroom teacher was stabbed multiple times at a football game. His best friend, my English teacher, told me years later that he kept a revolver locked in his desk. In the spring, a ninth grader went into a Home-Ec class and shot his girlfriend dead. The junior high was three stories high, and shaped like an "L". There were three armed security guards on every floor. On the day after Martin Luther King was murdered the following year, several hundred students from the junior high and high school next door tore down two luncheonettes across the street from the schools, then proceeded to torch the shopping center nearby.
Harrisburg was a shiitehole 50 years ago. It surely hasn't improved.
