PARKVILLE, Mo. — A former yoga instructor for children is accused of molesting one of his 6-year-old students.
Christian A. Hammond, 22, is charged with child molestation in Platte County.
On Nov. 9, police received a tip regarding someone molesting a child at Parkville Children’s Cottage, Montessori School, according to court documents. Police spoke to the 6-year-old victim and the victim’s mother, and the victim told police that on Nov. 7, he got a hug from Hammond, the yoga teacher at the school.

This is the part where some FReeper tells me if Christian A. Hammond is a man or a woman because I can’t tell. “Christian” can be a man or womans name.

Of course this person may have decided to identify as another gender that day, so it's now considered offensive to say someone is a man or woman based on a name!
"His" always refers to a man right? Oh, wait......
If only they would let Yoga instructors, gymnastic coaches, school teachers, and youth ministers marry this sort of thing wouldn’t happen.
Take a real good look at that mug shot! What man you know of wears looks like to be foundation and eye concealer.
Plus the long hair. Then again public schools will hire anything these days.
No gender says protected group as far as the offender so not heterosexual. Too femme for a lesbian, ergo biological male. No gender for victim again says a member of a protected group committed a stereotypical act. So, a femme homosexual male molested a six year old boy.
That’s how you decipher modern, Orwellian media headlines and copy. Lack of information always means protected group. A series of omitted information can be decoded.
Christian is almost invariably a man’s name.
Besides, the pix clearly looks like a man (long-haired).
