Incredible footage shows a baby crawling out of his moms womb.
The little boy was born via a natural C-section, often called a gentle C-section, where doctors guide a baby out through an incision in the moms abdomen.
Its thought by experts to be better for the baby because it compresses the lungs, helping get rid of any remaining amniotic fluid which simulates a slower, vaginal birth.
It also provides instant skin-to-skin contact between the mom and her little one, which helps with bonding.
In the video clip that was shared on a pregnancy-related Instagram account, the doctor can be seen holding the babys head while he wriggles out of the womb.
Slowly the baby twists his shoulders free.
Once his shoulders are out he is able to move about a bit more until his arms pop out.
He then uses his arms to help himself crawl out of the womb and onto his mom.

I wonder if he's allergic to kryptonite.
"Gentle C-Section"? Not for the mother. And not always for the kid.
“Let me out of here!!!”
Wow. Beautiful!
c-section is not in anyway natural or gentle.
the scalpel just by itself naturally cuts the layers in the precise way needed? without that done by force and a person, there is nothing else to follow. and the mom would likely die if left that way without closing the incision.
I’m thankful for c-section or there would not be many people in my life who are here by c-section, but don’t call it natural or gentle.
That is amazing!
Awesome, but is it me or is that satan in the room? Who the hell has a voice that deep?
Thank you for posting that Alien pic, I read the first post and thought of that scene... I’m glad not the only one with twisted movie memory mind.
I hope that bay-bee didn’t run off across the delivery room floor, like the movie.
My wife had a C-section.
Labor was long, very long, darned near killed my wife and the baby before c-section was done.
Today, my son is a good, honorable man.
Without c-section, I would have lost my wife and my son.
I had reservations about posting it. It was after all lunch time.
Here’s a fun fact. The abdominal aorta runs through the area they have to cut through to get to the uterus, and they used to have to be very very careful not to nick it or the patient would die. Then they figured out that you can grab a blood vessel and yank on it stretch it pull it and it will never break, but just a little nick is enough to destroy everything, so now they TEAR THEIR WAY THROUGH THE MUSCLE LAYERS!!! ARRRRgh!
That’s a *big* baby!
That’s incredible. Wow!
“Its thought by experts to be better “
Sure. That vaginal exit strategy was just a mistake of nature.
They like it because it’s quick and cheap and they get to charge you more for it.
Beautiful blessing!
Welcome to the world, sweet one!
It’s not like that scene in Alien’s is it??
“Wow. Beautiful!”
Good Post!
“They like it because its quick and cheap and they get to charge you more for it.”
There are far to many C Sections than necessary. A lot of this has to do with legal liabilities. When a vaginal delivery is not going well but will “probably go well in the end” the OB has a decision to make. “Do I let this vaginal delivery continue to a very probably normal delivery or face all hell from lawyers if it goes wrong.”
My grandson was delivered via C Section. After many hours of labor and torn abdominal muscle a C Section was done. My beloved daughter in law has a very narrow pelvis. If not for the C Section we could have lost both. C Sections are good when warranted.
