Jagr is phenomenal. But Brady plays every snap (when he’s not hurt) while Jagr’s playing time isn’t what it used to be, and Brady gets pummeled by huge linemen (nobody really checks Jagr anymore). What Brady is doing is unprecedented, but will happen more as time goes by and more athletes copy his methods.

Brady doesn't play every snap. He's on the bench for more than half the game (when the Patriots don't have the ball, special teams, etc.). And when you account for the fact that nothing happens for most of the time the clock is running in football, I'd be surprised if Brady even "plays" more than 6 minutes in an average game.

Jagr was averaging 17 minutes of time on ice per game as recently as last season. He's down to 11:00+ this season, but the Flames kept his playing time down early on because he was a late signing and wasn't in training camp.
