IOW, we’re looking at at least 3 days. Two days of no action after they were informed and one or more days for the informant to find out and tell the attorney. At minimum three shifts for three days that officers failed to do an inmate count.
You can bet this is not the only infraction going on in that jail. Everyone from the warden on down needs to be fired yesterday.
