Someone is dumb enough to think the school district will do the disciplining of these two?
Perhaps they will forbid them from attending the prom?

Society is crumbling before our very eyes.
I grew up in Gwinnett in what seems like a lifetime ago. That county is pretty close to being 3rd world in some areas, like Norcross.
