lol Thanks for demonstrating you have zero grasp of a DESIGN patent and how it differs from a UTILITY patent. Those are elements in the design description that is REQUIRED to be granted a design patent. It was part of Samsung's campaign of disinformation surrounding the trial. . . they were not patented.
