The dawn of a fascist China — and what it means for us

Xi Jinping is poised to become the most potent Chinese leader since Mao Zedong — and to guide his country’s continued emergence as a fascist global superpower for at least the next decade.

The 19th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is scheduled to start on October 18, when it will appoint leaders and establish the country’s course for the next five years.

Xi undoubtedly will be re-appointed head of the CCP, followed by re-selection as China’s president and head of state early next year.

But he appears also to have overturned the collegial, limited term system of leadership established after the social ravages and tens of millions of deaths caused by Mao’s maniacal leadership.

The system of circumscribed leadership was reinforced after the nationwide uprising against the CCP in 1989; under that system, Xi would only get another five years at the helm, followed by retirement.

But since his appointment to the leadership as a compromise candidate with no obvious personal ambitions in 2012, Xi has worked assiduously to destroy rivals and potential enemies. He has also overseen the construction of a highly sophisticated authoritarian state unmatched by anything in China’s history.

I didn’t study this in university, just self study from books by Asian culture and history experts.

Russia, as well, is half-Asian and half-European, which is a schizophrenic situation. As has be noted by Europeans, that when a Russian is acting like an Asian, he can be truthful, and you can understand him; but when he acts like a European, he is lying and treacherous.

A great example of this is the different interpretation of humanitarianism in Russia. In Afghanistan, the Russians used the American technique of putting the insurgent support system of women and children in camps, to prevent them from supporting their men.

But even Afghan women and children can be pestiferous, and took far more guards than the Russians had available for them. So they decided to dig a slit trench, like it with plastic, fill with water with a little blister agent chemical weapon, and walk the detainees the length. This would cause the skin of their feet and ankles to blister off, so they would have to move around on their hands and knees. Thus keeping them out of trouble.

The Russians even bragged that this was the humanitarian thing to do, as otherwise they would have no choice but to kill them. As you might imagine, the western world did not approve.

But it was a very Asian solution. Not a fascist one.
