SEOUL, Oct. 19 (Yonhap) -- A North Korean agency made a threat Thursday that Pyongyang could stage an "unimaginable" strike on the United States at an unexpected time amid tensions over the North's nuclear and missile programs.
The North's intimidation came as the South Korean and U.S. navies are staging massive joint drills in waters off the Korean Peninsula with the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan being involved.

The problem is that rocketman has bankrupted his country building a capability he can’t afford to keep. Trump has given him two choices - back way way off, or give it your best shot and you will then be annihilated. Either way he gets nothing for his efforts. Those were not the outcomes he calculated.
