Washington, D.C. Oct. 11 Texas Senator Ted Cruz and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders will appear in an exclusive CNN Town Hall Debate on President Donald Trumps efforts to overhaul the nations tax code. Anchor and Chief Washington Correspondent Jake Tapper and Chief Political Correspondent Dana Bash will moderate this live event from Washington on Wednesday, Oct. 18, at 9 p.m. ET.
Here we go again! Seeing Cruz on the debate stage is like seeing Tiger Woods golf before age 30, Van Gogh paint before cutting his ear, and Michael Jordan fly before becoming a Wizard. This time, the topic of debate is Trump's tax cuts.
The beauty of this debate is that it isn't just about the difference between progressive anti-capitalism Sanders pushes and free markets, but hopefully Trump and cohorts will take a REAL HARD LISTEN when Cruz talks about the need for cutting EVERYONE'S taxes, including the top earners which Trump is threatening to raise!
Obviously Cruz will KO Bernie in the first, and probably every, round this go-around like before. But a bigger thing is happening, as more former moderates are now understanding how the RINO-progressives have gummed up the works, and now conservative ideas will DEFINITELY start resonating, and hopfully trickle down to the just-awakening former progressives. Just a thought...

Liberals will watch it and declare Bernie the winner no matter what happens.
I wouldn’t watch this with your eyes.
I am. I want to see sanders buried.
I there is any animosity still from the primaries that is bad for all of us.
Cruz will clock him
Gotta respect Bernie for doing this. The old man is not afraid to take on the best debater we have right now. If he puts up a good fight he’ll drag his party further down the Rathole. We should hope he does well.
The 18th of October is on wednesday not tuesday.
He’ll pull them so far left he’ll make the weather underground look conservative :)
The poster is very misleading. It’s going to be Cruz v’s Sanders, Tapper and Bash - still an unfair fight.
Is there a video of the first debate? I like to watch that.
I noticed that as well.
Liberals have already written the “Bernie Won” articles.
Yes there is a video of the first debate, which was on Obamacare. Here is the video.
