I listened to the New Yorker audio (can’t post here, but it is on Bourdain’s Twitter feed) earlier today. This guy is scum. Deserves everything that comes his way as a result of this revelation.

That says to me “some” did. And like Bourdain, they kept their mouth shut to protect one of their own.

According to the New Yorker story on Drudge she said that he forced oral sex on her but she eventually had sexual encounters with him over a number of years because she felt "obligated" or was afraid that he would hurt her career or that he would help her.
Can't gin up a lot of sympathy for her.
A lot of others had the platform to speak but chose not to.
