Here's mine.
It’s just awful what happened. Prayers to those who lost loved ones. You go to a concert and end up dead. Being a country music concert, those are good patriot people. I will keep everyone in my prayers.
As for country music, I like it but I like all kinds of music depending on my mood. But I will say...there is a relatively new country group called “Midland”. Some people who follow them are calling them the best country group of the last 30 years. This group considers George Strait to be their major influence and I have not heard songs like this for quite some time. They are awesome. The comments on youtube tell you.
And this is probably going to take the place of Amarillo by Morning, by George Strait as my new all time favorite country song.
I will be praying for those in Las Vegas.
Here’s Midland the song I can’t get enough of.....”14 gears”.....it is a masterpiece:

This issue is too serious to start a game of “Name That Tune”.
Include me OUT.
Heck -- it's not even the greatest country song about trucking! That award can only go to this classic:
Eighteen Wheels and a Dozen Roses -- Kathy Mattea
The clip at the beginning seems a bit corny, but it's actually relevant to the background of the song. Supposedly Mattea was inspired to put together a song like this after meeting an old trucker at a truck stop who said he was on his last ride before retirement.
Yes...too soon and in poor taste.
Amen. Second it.
What is needed now is prayers.
LOL......guilty as charged. Thanks too.....yes, great song you posted. :)
Agreed. Touchy freely oprah nonsense.

I’ll try, I love classic country, some modern but not most of it.
Watched a bit of Jason Aldean this morning. I will look into his music more later.

John Berry: “There’s No Cross that Love Won’t Bear”
Could not find a link for the single vocal, but it will be there on some of his albums.
Prayers.....
My first thought too!
Red Necks, White Socks, and Blue Ribbon Beer
Bill Currington.
“People are Crazy.”
Too serious a memorial to start a flame war. They came to hear music. Up in heaven, maybe they’ll hear our tunes and name them.
