Just learning to stay clear of doctors and their drugs would be a better start.
A spoonful of coconut oil and two eggs over easy every day would help, along with a small glass of raw apple cider vinigar with a teaspoon of raw honey would round out the perfect breakfast.

That perfect breakfast does not sound particularly appealing.

I’ve recently taken up fly fishing and end up hiking quite a bit to get to fishing spots. I think it’s pretty healthy activity.

Hiking in DC parks could be very bad for one’s health.

Is good health appealing?
I can’t imagine any food more appealing than lightly fried eggs. They have what you need to protect your eyes, heart, and brain for as long as you live.
Raw Apple cider vinegar and honey strengthen your immune system.
Or you could pig-out on tofu and bean sprouts dipped in canola oil, and die young and happy.

Thanks! Surprise, surprise, huh?
I guess it isn’t true until they measure it with an MRI and look for some good brain waves.

the fried weren’t the problem, the apple cider vinegar and honey are difficult to tolerate.
really don’t like the taste.

"..A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks.."

I agree 1000%.Since I first started 25 years ago I've found that a brisk 1 hour walk each day is fantastic for both my physical health and my “spirits”.

I agree-I love soft fried eggs, though I prefer butter to coconut oil as the frying medium. I forgot breakfast yesterday, had a small Caesar salad for lunch then worked until after 10 pm-a very busy night waiting tables. I was quite hungry by the time I got home and made a fried egg sandwich with pickled jalapeños. My husband thought I was crazy, but I was craving a fried egg. For some reason, mayonnaise also seemed like a must have at 11:00 so it was a sandwich instead of just an egg and toast.
I mix my ACV in water with a bit of honey. Topped with ice it is so refreshing.

I wouldn’t eat a fried egg that was not fried in bacon fat.

Lack of probiotics (raw vinegar) egg yolks, and saturated dairy and veg oils are what is destroying peoples health.
