Well thanks,it was a VERY good one and I heard from all of the kids and grandkids,including the ones away at college.
Just a call,text,or E-mail can mean so much.

My thoughts exactly, even in “safe” locations, parks attract lurkers. My “hike” is on the treadmill at the gym. I love it there, the place is full of people in excellent shape on down to people who are just starting out on their belated quest for health. Friendly place. Good upbeat music too. What’s not to like?
Indoors or out, take your water bottle with filtered water and electrolytes. My doc actually prescribed electrolytes for me.
I’m happy that it was a very good one for you.
And somewhat prophetic considering current events, I’d say. d;^)
The founders were very wise men. The current crop of “intellectuals” are mostly just pathetic ideologues. d:^)
