I fear the bigger danger and why nobody has acted so long is NK terrorism within major cities all over the globe.
Pacifist idiots gave the Norks billions of dollars which they no doubt used to infiltrate and stockpile chemical/biological weapons in every target nation. Some of these weapons can kill millions of people and take up little space.
The Norks are experts at false paperwork, hacking, ID theft and abusing diplomatic channels. Their agents travel the entire planet with impunity.
The Kims may have succeeded in holding the entire world for ransom through their use of WMD and Soviet dictatorship tactics.
