Wow, you’re comparing the Earth being completely flooded killing everything to a 7.1 earthquake in Mexico.
These day to day normal natural disasters ARE NOT God’s wrath. When God’s wrath comes we will KNOW because it will be exceptionally destructive.

Earthquakes are not a normal occurrence for this earth, just like death isn’t normal.
You folks keep looking at the world through worldly eyes.
We were never intended to have death or “disasters” on this planet. I highly recommend you read Genesis.
Oh okay. Death isn’t natural?
Entropy isn’t natural? Even stars die, galaxies die, the universe will die.
Seems pretty natural to me.
There are no “natural” immortals in nature.
You’re wrong.
There’s no such thing as a natural death since humans were created “Good” and not intended for death. Death (and storms & earthquakes) are a result of the sin nature having taken over the world.
A good reading of Genesis will answer why this kind of stuff happens. It’s not science, it simple spiritual law. Few people understand it because they don’t read the Word of God.
Correct, the sin of Eve and then the sin of Adam (as well have and would have done) caused Death to enter into the world. Along with all the other bad things.
Genesis is ..... (wait for it) .... fundamental.
It’s not spiritual law. Hurricanes don’t come out of nowhere, nor do Earthquakes. They are part of nature.
God didn’t redesign the world because Adam sinned. The Bible doesn’t say that. You’re putting words into the Bible that just aren’t there.
The universe didn’t change because Adam sinned. Entropy was ALWAYS there. Genesis says God created the universe and the Earth and Man. It doesn’t say he remade it after Adam sinned. God knew Adam was going to sin. He also had to rest. I don’t think he wanted to do it all over again.
Natural disasters are only disasters because they affect humans, but they are part of Earth’s natural normal process, even a Christian scientist will tell you this. You’ve gone off the deep end.
Ah yes “nature”...LOL! God didn’t have to redesign the world. He said (Genesis 2:17) “but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.” Death comes in and it not only affected man, but animals, plants, and “nature”.
Most folks don’t realize that when God created the world and it was “GOOD”, that it was perfect without any characteristics of death, disease, disaster, plague, or decomposition. But 99% of FReepers are clueless about what we’re discussing anyways, so it doesn’t surprise me.
Based on your post, you believe “natural disasters” will happen in the Millennial Kingdom too. That is, if you even believe in A Millennial Kingdom.
Most of the human race simply has no concept of what was unleashed on the Earth (by our own fault) so long, long ago. We opened up the perfect creation to The Destroyer, that Old Serpent. God had warned; no human would listen, following the rebellion which began with Satan.
Since it’s been that way for so long, it seems “natural”.
That’s why it’s going to end the way it has been prophesied. Few probably understand why John weeps over the scroll. And why only the Lamb is the single One worthy to break the seals and open the scroll.
What was lost in the Garden will be reality again, for believers, once all this other business is finished.
AMEN AND AMEN!!!!!!
Looking forward to when righteousness is restored to this planet and all that came with rebellion and sin is done away with FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry dude. But God said nothing about animals and the planet and the stars and the moon dying if Adam ate from the tree of knowledge. Just Adam and Eve would die.
No, I’m not clueless about Genesis. It’s pretty clear that Adam and Eve and humanity were cursed. But says nothing about the rest.
Natural disasters are only called that because they can be destructive. They are part of the planet’s ecosystem, and if hurricanes and earthquakes stopped it would be a very bad thing.
Why wouldn’t natural disasters happen in the Millenial Kingdom? They can be very beautiful, and are part of God’s creation, I rather think God would shelter us from them. They aren’t evil, or bad, they’re actually good.
Genesis 1:31
All was well
Genesis 3:17-19
We’ve got some problems
Romans 8:19-21
Perhaps this might help?
Christ holds all of nature in His Hands:
Colossians 1:16-17
Revelation 22:3
An answer to your question as to disasters happening post MK and probably even during the MK.
It should also clear up any doubt as to what a curse is and the fallout of them.
And maybe, just maybe He’s trying to wake a few folks up to come to Him for Eternal Salvation?
Romans 8:28
I rest my case....
