One more thing. Sally Quinn kept Ben Bradlee in line by threatening to cheat on him. (She was twenty years younger than he was.) Let that sink in.
Yeah, three out of how many?
Seriously, we need some more numbers here. I wanna know the success rate.
Way to go, modern journalism.
And people laugh when I say leftists are servants of Satan...
All interesting. But she’s just a spoiled attractive chick from 1960. Daddy was a CIA bigshot. She got the job with Bradlee as a writer. He asked what she had written and she replied “nothing”. Bradlee knew who her dad was. She undoubtedly crawled under the desk and got the job.
Then the 60s hit.
The “don’t trust anyone over thirty” thing hit right about when she turned 30.
Just another DC/CIA/sex ho socialite.
No magic, no spells. Just the ramblings of another rich uneducated bored woman who got on her knees to get to the top. It just as easily could have been her talking about alar on the apples or autism.
You either follow God, or you are a slave of Satan. Anyone who says they can cast curses on other people is a Satanist, whether they admit it or not. Here, it seems like this entire bloodline has given themselves to Satan (service to Satan passes from generation to generation).
So now we know that a leading columnist for the Washinton Post who was married to the editor in chief is a Satanist. That’s actually a pretty scary thought in terms of who really controls WaPo. It’s not just the Democrats, although remember that the Democrats also renounced God at their 2012 national convention, and thus are now in the service of Satan as well.
Another piece of the puzzle falls in place.
If your wife says that, she's already cheating on you. She's just threatening to stop being discreet about it.
So, is this why Bill Bradlee is dead now?
And why is she doing hexes at all, unless she means evil for those she is hexing?
A good lawyer can make the case for assault and attempt to murder...
Probably that’s true on the whole. With Quinn, it sounded to me more like pure manipulation. Ben considered her “hot” and he knew he looked every day of his two-decades age difference. Sally wanted him to do her bidding and be afraid not to. She faultless honed in on his biggest fear and shamelessly used it against him.
And he put up with it, and could never praise her enough. It was an unhealthy relationship at best.
hmmm. Communion is for believers so for pagans it is meaningless. There are preparations for Christians but not pagans.
1 Cor 11
Bradlee died at 93, after suffering from Alzheimers and dementia.
What does/did this succubus *unt look like?
She’s still alive. She is blond and at the time she had a nice figure. (I don’t know about at present; she’s getting up in years.) She had a fairly attractive face but not what you’d call beautiful. With her megabucks she was always the height of fashion. The tout ensemble was sufficient to captivate Bradlee, that much we know.
How sad that in 2017 there are people so stupid, so gullible, so easily controlled that they believe in ‘hexes’ and spells and voodoo. When I ran a gift shop in the French Quarter I got there one day to find a weird assortment of objects and liquids at the doorstep. I thought it was more nightly refuse. Then a drag queen acquaintance passed by and darn near fainted. He warned me it was a curse, or hex or something and he was genuinely afraid for me and the business. The Voodoo Shop was a few blocks away and he begged me to go and get a ‘counter spell’ or something. The poor thing really believed that garbage! I got the hose and some bleach and cleaned off the doorstep. Clorox beats black magic.
Whatever. Does she think she is Hillary Clinton?
Casting spells & hexes? That requires belief in a spirit world, and IIRC Sally Quinn is a loud & proud atheist.
I knew he was much older than she, but honestly, when she goes around blabbing like this....
I saw them having dinner at Martin’s Tavern in Georgetown about 20 years ago. They were drinking and laughing the whole time.
Quinn very publicly joined the Episcopal Church. I don’t know which congregation, but I’d imagine one of the most liberal.
Do you think a person can believe in the power of hexes yet not believe in the God revealed in the Old and New Testaments? I do. The logically and rationally consistent person is rare. Plus, going by Quinn’s critique of Palin, Sally had the spiritual sophistication/depth of an 8yo.
It all fits.
Interesting anecdote. A very manipulative person understands it can’t all be negative. They use both the carrot and the stick.
What a lame brain. Yeah...hexes “work”...Right.
