I’m sure the legal departments of most of the users of the song crossed the t’s and dotted the i’s, and she cashed a small royalty check.
They don’t need her explicit permission if they go through the publishers and pay for the use of the song.
I hope Disney countersues her for devaluing “Mickey Mouse”, by using “Mickey” in the world’s most vapid song.

Given the history of Disney’s lawyers this would be appropriate.
