I should have added (there is always so much) that outside of the letters that say "Obama who is the serpent" - the bookend letters - are resh and ayin (רע), which is the word for evil, wicked.

Also, the word following is eser/asar (עשר), ten (as in five and ten, "fifteen"), but read left to right (in the direction of the Obama serpent) it is the word rasha (רשע). A rasha is a wicked person.
