Formally recognize AntiFa as a terrorist organization
petitions.Whitehouse.gov ^

Posted on 08/19/2017 8:22:03 PM PDT by ThinkingBuddha

Terrorism is defined as “the use of violence and intimidation in pursuit of political aims”. This definition is the same definition used to declare ISIS and other groups, as terrorist organizations. AntiFa has earned this title due to its violent actions in multiple cities and their influence in the killings of multiple police officers throughout the United States. It is time for the pentagon to be consistent in its actions – and just as they rightfully declared ISIS a terror group, they must declare AntiFa a terror group – on the grounds of principle, integrity, morality, and safety.

I signed it - if you're on FR and never "take the trouble" to sign such, then why are you here? Let's be active and actually do something instead of just blowing hypocritical smoke.

Sign the damn petition!

There's nothing "active" about these stupid internet petitions, except to make snowflakes feel like they did something.

You can add Trump to that list with his tweet today.

Has Trump ever spoken the word "Antifa" much less tweeted it?

Well, when I sign and it emails back a verification email, the button I need to press does nothing. I’ve tried every which way from Sunday. Created an account (that verification email worked), signed it again, still a non-functioning verification email.

“... applaud the many protestors in Boston who are speaking out against bigotry and hate. Our country will soon come together as one!” ... “Our great country has been divided for decades. Sometimes you need protest in order to heal, & we will heal, & be stronger than ever before!”

You can see the full quote on breitbart.

No, and the way Bannon worded his Trump presidency is over statement can also be taken as a he won on all points he campaigned on and now it will be a different type of presidency. Very ambiguous statements this weekend from Trump and Bannon that have been taken as losing statements by the base but could be just the opposite.

Something major is up. Pence came back early from South America for that meeting at Camp David. The left is having a massive meltdown in the streets and some rinos have joined in. The meeting with Assange....the FBI guy demoted off team Mueller....Bannon in talks with billionaires to expand...Sessions demanding a look at both hosting servers for the white supremacist(run by an occupy guy) and Antifa(follow the money, to a conspiracy)

I have been back and forth on whether this is all good or very bad. Either way a major battle is over and I am just waiting to see who really won. I am hopeful because of the mass hysteria. Anyone notice how quiet some of the top dems have been this weekend?

Spoken like a true "do-nothing but whine" type.

I suppose that hitting the link

Donate to FR

is also a waste of your useless time too.....

“73,878 signed” so far at just a little after 2:00pm Pacific Daylight Time, nearly 3/4 towards the goal. With some effort to spread the news of the Petition (especially among young men at work and in colleges and universities), it could go into the millions before September the 16th.

We see that the post was taken out of Activism. Interesting but with no effect on the gaining momentum.

It shouldn’t be a problem for the White House to answer with a kind, fatherly tone, that assaulting others and otherwise violating the First Amendment rights of others are not acceptable practices in the United States. And what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Remember that our economy is heading for some changes that will leave no room for funding unhealthy social indulgences and counterproductive administrators.

Thank you. Here’s an article from June in the U.K.

So, they are an international terrorist organization? I was thinking they were home-grown American terrorists. Even more cause to take them seriously and put them down like ISIS dogs.

Yes. Antifaschistische Aktion (Antifa) was exported to the USA from Europe. That’s why it is converging from the west coast and the northeast. Many from Europe over the last generation or two came only for the money.

U.K.: Anti-Fascist Action (AFA)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Fascist_Action

Sweden: Antifascistisk Aktion (AFA)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antifaschistische_Aktion#Sweden

Germany (where Antifa started): Antifaschistische Aktion
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antifaschistische_Aktion

Antifa operates in Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Australia, Canada, the UK and most recently, the United States of America.

Immediate family immigrants (spouses and children only) tend to more often make better Americans than those who come with money (examples: the real-estate-purchases-for-free-green-cards program, preferences for those with degrees and high incomes, etc.).
