Years ago, I hired a handyman to do yardwork. We got to talking, and he explained that he wanted to be a cop, and had the attitude but his eyesight was very bad. So he joined an abused dog rescue. Not the legal kind. An underground one. He’d rescue the drug dealer dogs, and etc. This guy had a lot of scars, from knifes, dogs, and bullets. Was a pretty interesting guy. Seems he’d fit right into this Dark Justice group..
Paedophile gangs will lure a boy on line with the photo/pretense of being a sweet girl of similar age looking for a friendly chat. The two will then exchange pleasantries and exchange confidences. Then the grift will advance to salacious photos. Of course, the perpetrators will have a library of images they could use.
The “sweet girl” will eventually and emphatically demand that the “target” get another sibling involved in the picture taking. If the “target” doesn’t comply embarrassing pictures will be released to his family and friends.
Upon obtaining the photos the grifter/paedophiles will sell the pics.
Crews of these people are prevalent throughout the world, but especially in the Asian/pagan loving nations.
No doubt the dude is a creep. He violated the prime directive. When a stranger arranges to meet you, for nefarious activities, DON'T GO. He is an idiot.
Let me see. A “young girl” advertises on line that she was trying to meet an older man for sex. Is it a police sting? Or is it a paedophile’s dream come true? Hmmm that’s going to take a lot of thought - not. These guys are really morons

Yep, ABC Dateline series hosted by Chris Hansen. It was called “To Catch A Predator” and essentially sounds exactly like what Dark Justice was doing here.
My question as well. But...
1. It's the UK.
2. Recently, laws have been written/rewritten to make this type of soliciting illegal. Real victim or not.
Glad someone does it but it would be a dispiriting way to spend one’s days & nights.
Need to keep a shower close by.
