What about Lisa Murkowski?
What about Lisa Murkowski?
Interesting. Never knew that.
OK, we have at least one snake and no skunks in Alaska.
Who kares just as long as you understud what the article was abot.........Sheesh!
Was the skunk Pepe Le Pew looking for Penelope Pussy?
I don’t think I can smell skunk; or I’m one of the people who don’t mind it. Several times, out driving at night, the people I was with claimed they smelled skunk and I didn’t smell anything very different from motor oil or exhaust.
They say it’s like ferret scent, but stronger; and I’ve never found the smell of ferrets unpleasant.
They say some people actually do like it.
That would also be correct.
I think that in my dialect, "was awoken" would be more common than "was awakened."
Apparently, the verb "awake" has many forms, taking both strong verb (awoken) and weak verb (awakened) conjugations. To me, the strong verb forms are more "natural."

The standard formula, we have used it way too many times.
Keep a double supply in stock, always.
Works well. Tomato juice is a waste of time.
N.B. Never ever bring the dog in to use the tub, no matter the weather. A BAD IDEA.
1 quart 3 percent hydrogen peroxide
1/4 cup baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
1 teaspoon liquid soap or dish detergent
Mix these together and bathe (”shampoo” in or rub down) the spray victim thoroughly.
Be sure to use this mixture immediately after it is created, as it is unstable.
Let sit for five minutes and rinse with tap water afterward, and repeat if necessary.
For spray in the eyes, flush with water as soon as possible.
Cheaper than a cup of coffee.
