Dershowitz knows about stacked (and stupid) juries. He was on the OJ team.
First: the existence of the grand jury is supposed to be secret.
Second: how does Dershowitz know who is in the jury pool?
Trump would get an “OJ” jury.

It is in Washington DC where only 4% voted for Trump. I think the odds are overwhelming that they would be anti-Trump.
Even more damning to Trump than the racial makeup of the jury pool is the POLITICAL makeup of the Jury pool

If the population from which the jury pool will be taken voted against Trump 96% to 4% you can figure it out. I believe the defense has a limited number of strikes to dismiss jurors.
In a normal trial, the defense can request a change of venue. Not sure about a grand jury.

I think I heard Arlington Virginia. Not quite as bad but still pretty bad from a Trump standpoint. Lots of government people living in Arlington.
As far as I know there is no “defense” in grand jury proceedings.
