What does it hurt to try the experimental treatment on baby Charlie? C’mon get it rolling already.
It could hurt the politicians and the British Health Service who have proclaimed him not worth the effort.

What does it hurt? Would prove the judges/British doctors in this case wrong. Would hurt their case and hurt their pride. This is why they want Charlie dead.
Ten years from now they will have to look Charlie in the eye and have to answer as to why they wanted him dead.
