Former "Sons of Guns" reality TV star William Hayden was sentenced in a Livingston Parish court on Wednesday (July 12) to a third life sentence for rape, WAFB reports. About two months ago, a Baton Rouge judge ordered Hayden to serve two life prison terms after a jury there convicted him in a different rape case.
Hayden, whose A&E reality TV show about a Baton Rouge gun store was canceled after his arrest in 2014, pleaded no contest Wednesday to charges of first-degree rape and aggravated incest, the TV station reports. He has the option of withdrawing the plea if he successfully appeals his sentence in the Baton Rouge case. The Livingston Parish case stems from two victims who came forward: one said he raped her in March 2013 when she was 11; the other said he sexually assaulted her in 1995 when she was 12 or 13.

All males should be wary of getting even close to situations like this. From what I read, he was convicted solely on the testimony of the “victims”. I guess that was evidence enough, even though the alleged rapes in some case, occurred long ago. No doubt such behavior deserves the worst of the worst punishment, when proven. But it appears all that is needed is the victim to say so without any physical evidence.
This clown always struck me a a jerk.
Both of his daughters have accused him. One he was convicted of. Don’t know if the older daughter, from the show, went to trial.
I watched the interaction of him with his daughter on the show and it seemed something wasn’t right.

A lot of people said they got a bad vibe off him from the show, but I didn’t for whatever reason. He seemed overly angry and arrogant, but I never got a perv vibe off him. I’ve seen every episode too, used to love to watch the gun shows on Discovery.
But yeah, he’s probably going to need to spend the rest of his miserable life in protective custody. His kind is appreciated nowhere, except maybe in Washington D.C..

Pretty sure they have to keep this kind of felon separate from the gen pop otherwise none of them would live long. We may think that’s natures way or it’s okay but our laws and constitution doesn’t so they get to live with other pervs of the same ilk.
One never knows though. Sometimes one can really piss of the guards and somehow one can “accidentally” spend a night or two in gen pop during processing or some such thing. Stuff like that does happen.
Meaningless if they are running concurrent.
