Sean asked him if he would testify under oath and he said he would. That is laudable, but someone needs to tell him what happened to Scooter Libby. I’m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV so I can’t give advice. I can give a friendly suggestion. If the information is true that the DOJ is launching a probe, lawyer up, and take the 5th. Period.
