And here I thought that behavior was only done in the back row seats of the plane.
Additionally why is it I only get the screaming babies on the plane?
You and me both.
I remember one unpleasant crying experience on a plane but it wasn’t a baby. Last minute before they closed the door a young lady (looked college age) got on board and sat behind me. She sobbed the entire 3+ hour trip. At first the man next to her was polite. The first 5 or 10 minutes. Then he said not a word and closed his eyes pretending to be asleep. When they served dinner I was afraid she would start drinking but she didn’t. No idea what it was about. It sounds like no big deal but 3+ hours of sobbing can get on your nerves. Being licked by your seat mate definitely would.
My last flight out of Detroit had me seated between a really big guy on my left and an approx. 14 year old, 240 lb. black autistic boy with an addiction to potato chips and hand cream.........
After about an hour of being wedged between these two people and watching the kid eat potato chips then smear his hand with hand cream, over and over again, the stewardess finally noticed my extreme distress
So what did she do? SHE TOOK THE KID up into the first class section.............
