IMO this is the worst idea ever devised.

If it becomes known you carry special insurance for a gun fight, it makes one look like they are out looking for trouble. Especially to modern juries.

If you drive a motor vehicle, everyone assumes you have 100/300/100 coverage. They see your vehicle and you.

If you CC, how would anyone except closest family know? If you are telling folks “hey, I carry”, you probably shouldn’t.

Then again, if someone decides to make you shoot them so they can sue for injury etc, they would be Darwinian risk takers. Shoot till the lethal threat stops, then call an ambulance and police. Offer aid if you can.
