D.C.'s initiatives focus on improving how the District, businesses and residents manage what rats love: all that delicious trash.
Mayor Muriel Bowser outlined initiatives Thursday to reduce the rat population, which is believed to have increased in the last few years. According to officials, the number of rodent-abatement requests increased last year by 65 percent from 2,300 in 2015 to more than 3,500 in 2016.

All rats must be exterminated no matter how many legs they have.
#1. And they keep electing them to office.
We just had our pest guy do rat eradication at our house. Took him a couple of months but haven’t seen one in a month or so. He put out some kind of chemical in a black box that makes them bleed out. He was there the other day and I told him to restock the boxes and leave them.

And the answer is.... TERM LIMITS!
Oh wait, different rats, but yeah; term limits still works both ways. :D
