The transgender people have been placed into the LGBT group. The LGBT group is a catch-all for anyone who is not in the category of NORMAL sexual. There is absolutely nothing similar about a man chopping his dick off, and a man having sex with another man. They should not be in the same group.
The LGBT group exists as a political entity, with its members being told that they are all alike. This is to constitute a larger group than what you would normally find. The politicians created this group as a solid voting and contribution block. It is functioning very well as that.
The trans people are suffering from a disorder very much like an eating disorder but they are treated differently from anorexics because of political considerations.

Imagine if “transgenders” were given the courage to be themselves. To be the gender they were born, and have the feelings and desires they actually have. Sure, it isn’t “normal.” They have a messed up condition, gender dysphoria. They aren’t “ok.” But we need to love and accept them and help them live in ways that work.
We do not need to tell them they are born a mistake. They aren’t. Neither is anyone else with other disabilities. I have a child with special needs that aren’t easily understood either, and that affect his ability to be with people too. We all need to help people fit into our world in a way that they get some of their world too (as long as they can’t harm anyone - of course).
Treating a man as a woman because he believes it to be so is like giving a sword and a funny hat to a man that thinks that he’s Napoleon and telling him that if he invades Russia he’ll feel better about himself.
It will not collapse gradually, but all at once.
Read through the Koran two or three time and see if you can not also spot what military analysts have pointed out for centuries.
