Smoking has decreased, but I think—my opinion here—that alcohol consumption has gone up.

Not a drinker, but would definitely say alcohol consumption has gone up astronomically in my circles...I am odd duck out most of the time ... and some of my girlfriends routinely go for a “ liver cleanse “
