The media needs to understand something. They are colluding with the Democrats and the Federal Agencies in an attempt to get Donald Trump impeached or somehow force him to resign. I have friends who work in a VERY large Federal Agency and they say this is all just the beginning, a "process" they call it that will continue until Trump is out of office. And, they say it with total confidence which chills me to the bone.
Be careful what you wish for. The media especially apparently has miscalculated not only the end result of the recent Presidential elections, but also the absolute (fill in the blank with the most intense dislike word you can come up with) that the general public has for them. Dear Media, if you succeed, you could lose everything. If you lose, you MUST be sued for libel for the printed word and slander for what you only said in public that was not true.
There is no way at all that this whole thing can just be dropped or end well. It's impossible now. Either one side wins, or the other side wins and whoever loses has hell to pay. The liberal leftists have pushed the stakes so high that they have left no room for compromise. We now know you want to kill us and you most certainly want to kill our leaders. There exists no doubt when we have examples like Alec Baldwin saying as far back as 1998 that the people should stone Henry Hyde AND his wife and children to death and then went on to say the Republican congressmen should also be assassinated. Others have put rifle scope cross hairs on Bush. Others have PUBLICLY stated their intent to assassinate Trump. Then, Kathy Griffin pulled the severed head stunt.
There is no going back now. Either you accomplish that or someone with enough influence and "House b__lls big enough" (pardon my French) is going to go after you because we KNOW you want us dead now. How foolish to have pushed it this far. Stop and think about how foolish all of the lying has been. Mark my words (whether they leave them here or not), someone is going to pay dearly for this entire mess if not all of us. Sooner or later, momma always said, "Everyone has to sit down at a banquet of consequences."

I would suggest this. If this impeachment-gimmick doesn’t take off by Xmas...then the topic is mostly just fake news from that point on. The general public has limited patience on this topic. You can’t go four whole years continually talking about impeachment, and just never deliver.
If we get to 2021 and Trump runs again? More impeachment talk for four more years? It would be more of a comedy for the news media and their numbers would start to spiral downward.
We knew this. Electing someone outside of the control of the oligarchy meant the globalist oligarchy was going to fight to the death for their very lives. We knew this would happen but even knowing this, I am still a bit shocked at how evil and violent in words and deeds our ruling elite (media is only one sector of it) is.
And sadly many innocent Americans are simply too busy and gullible to not go along with the flow of Trump Derangement Syndrome, like lemmings to the cliff.
They are going to push America right into a Civil War Part Duex and then wonder how this could have happened...
It has been a difficult search to find such a word...a word that adequately describes the utter contempt many of us feel toward the media and their enablers. Does such a word ever exist? Any suggestions?
With all due respect I think this is the wrongest post I have ever read on Free Republic. If the media destroys itself, destroys its credibility via the continued reporting of Trumps alleged associations with Russia Etc it is simply going to move on to the next topic of salacious nature because it is an eyeball-based medium of societally-approved salaciousness. The habit of people watching the news is a habit of body and schedule; people take time out of their day who still watch TV news to watch TV news and it is their body and their attention that they are used to devoting to this outlet. It’s just like smoking. Smoking has been proven to be very unhealthy but the totality of smoking consists of a body experience and physical rituals and the like. That is why it is so difficult to quit. That is why tobacco companies continue to sell what’s generally acknowledged to be a harmful product at higher and higher dollar amounts and people still buy them because it’s not just the idea of smoking it is the ritual of involving your body and your attention and your tongue and your breathing. Watching CNN is likewise a feel good act of thinking that you are becoming informed.
Now that has nothing to do with the Deep State and the people who hate Donald Trump, like Jim Comey who like Reality Winner who think that they can make up the law based upon their sense of superior morality anyway they want... Evelyn Farkas does not think she’s doing anything wrong leaking information to the Press she regards it as her patriotic duty to attack Donald Trump and to undermine him so I don’t think any of what you’re talking about leads to an end of anything.
