Yep. Without seeing your post, I posted the same sentiments above in post #41.
If he sticks with this, I'm done. I don't expect a wall but I do expect no more bad deals and the Paris Accord is about the worst deal we've ever been a part of.
He seems to have a pattern of predicting outcomes favorable to the left more than outcomes that are actually correct. I strongly suspect his models don't give him any special insight and he has the same uncertainties as the rest of us, but he tends to fill in the uncertainty with wishful thinking.
President Trump is the only figure I trust in the feral gummint.

He's had just a shade over four months. His appointments have had less than that, in some cases substantially less. Democrats, the media, most popular culture, and a fair number of members of his own team are aligned against him.
And yet, with all of these headwinds, conservatives have made larger strides in the past four months than they have in years. Just search FR for "winning" if you don't believe me.
Figure that we've been digging this hole roughly since the end of Reagan's final term. GWB merely slowed the digging down a little, if even that. We're not going to climb out of a 25-to-30-year ditch, overnight.
In 2020, there will be another vote, and we'll see what he's accomplished. Meanwhile, I'm impressed with what I've seen so far.
