That’s the point. I’ve seen her before and this may be the first time he’s confirmed it. During the campaign there was a big brouhaha when Mark said someone was intimidating him and he threatened to expose whoever exposed that his fiance’s son was working for Ted Cruz.
Is this Levin’s new wife, whose son-in-law worked for Cruz?
So that means Levin, too, is owned by Putin?

I met Sharansky at a wedding in Jerusalem a few years ago. He is definitely an amazing man.

Just so. You wouldn’t say “I with Natan Sharansky.” You would properly say “Me with Natan Sharansky.” The presence of wife Julie doesn’t change that. Thus “My wife Julie and me with Natan Sharansky.”
There was a chorus of “Who?” and “What?” from all the teenagers who are always around my kitchen, so I had the opportunity to explain about the refuseniks and how the former Anatoly Sharansky ended up where he is today.
We’re all much older now!
I say it’s a gray area, with the correct pronoun’s depending on the implied verb.
It could be, “My wife Julie and I (meet) with Natan Sharansky,” or it could be, “(This is) my wife Julie and me with Natan Sharansky.”
More to the point, it should be, “My wife, Julie, and (I/me) with Natan Sharansky.” Leaving out the commas implies that Julie is not his only wife.
