Met a woman several years ago who was from Vietnam. During the war, her parents in order to get her out of the country had her adopted by a guy from France. The family was later were killed during the war. He sexually abused this child for years. She had 2 children by this guy.

I met her in this country, married and had kids of her own. The French perve had recently died and she was upset that his family didn't invite her to his funeral!These kids have a restructuring on their brains, MAJOR.

I've read that parent's in Venezuela are adopting their kids out of the country. I pray some humanitarian group is tracking these babies and keeping them safe.
