In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of "Word for the Day". Latitudinarian
[lat-i-tood-n-air-ee-uh n, -tyood-]
Adjective
Allowing or characterized by latitude in opinion or conduct, especially in religious views.
Noun
A person who is latitudinarian in opinion or conduct.
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. To earn extra credit amuse me, entertain me, or enlighten me.

I don’t like my wife’s Latitudinarian lately.
She’s had a bad Latitudinarian for a few weeks now.
She needs a Latitudinarian adjustment :)

Latitudinarian could define the modern ECUSA, much to my chagrin. There are still plenty of traditional orthodox types around.
