Tabescent describes anyone or anything wasting away, growing emaciated, becoming consumed.

The noun tabescence, meaning "emaciated, shriveling," is evocative of leftists who lose all sense of reason and become violently deranged.

Tabes is the name of the pathological condition of progressive disintegration. Leftists are wasting away, exhausting themselves in angry paroxysms of hatred.
